At the Oakland Zoo

We visited the Oakland Zoo on Sunday. Maya's favorites were big animals, such as elephants, giraffes, and tigers. We didn't see lions and bears because they were hiding. Before she left the zoo, she climbed the spider web and had a lot of fun with it.

Luca seemed to enjoy the trip too. The only thing that annoyed him was the hat that pappa kept putting on his head. He yanked it off as soon as he got a chance. He didn't fall asleep until the end of the trip.
